BreconHills:That's the problem with impulsive need to defend politicians. You just spew whatever narrative you think will justify your claim without stopping for a moment to think if it is factual or not. You then spend the rest of your time defending what is obviously a false narrative. You don't even need to check inflation. Just check exchange rate and compare last year figures and now. If you now add the runway inflation of 30%, it makes your claim more terribly bad. But if the states are taking far more than they used to, is the federal getting less? 52% for a single entity compared to 48% for 36+774 entities. C'mon... Nobody gives governors free pass. It's your need to defend a part that makes you engage in whataboutism |

Re: Subsidy Removal: FG Records Over N1 Trillion Monthly Revenue Inflow – Wale-Edun by nedekid: 7:53pm On Nov 20, 2023 |
The issue is how the revenue is utilized? To buy 400m bullet proof lancruiser for a political office holder, to blow 900m on refreshments in 3 months, to buy rechargeable fans at 2b? Rather let us see naira appreciate against the dollar, petrol and diesel price come down, improved education, food cost etc jare, if not, all story. |

Racoon: Where is the money and what is it been expended on? We need list of infrastructure that the income from the subsidy removal is been spend on, and not claim that it’s been used on palliatives. Since it is claimed that the reason for subsidy removal is for infrastructural development, then provide a list of what is been funded from this savings. |
