I'm confused by the quotes I'm getting here.. some are saying why should other people leave their prosperous region and come to barren southeast with no federal presence..some are saying easterners are hostile to even themselves how much more outsiders ...while some are saying that there are millions of Yorubas n hausas in the east.. abeg which one make I take?

Have you been to the SE? Yorubas and Igbos can never be the same. While Yorubas prefer settling within their region, Igbos do not mind traveling far and wide for their business.

How many mansions in the SE do Yorubas own? How many are doing business contributing meaningfully and paying tax?

In Benue were I stay, it's the same thing. Igbos own a lot of properties there. They own the biggest shops and shopping malls there.

But I can't find any Yoruba settlers apart from those ones selling Agbo on the street. That's the reality, but what I find in all of these is, envy is choking many of you.

The earlier you people realize that Igbos are not like any other tribe, the better for everyone.

No state in the southeast region can tolerate outsiders the way the Yorubas tolerate them.

Anambra state government during Obi's reign as governor sacked Igbos who are not indigenes of the state from Anambra state civil service. (Let anyone counter this with facts).

A woman was denied a post in the judiciary in one of the states in the southeast region because she was married to a man from the state though she is Igbo too.

How many Yoruba people are working in the civil service of any state in the southeast?

How many Yoruba people got nominated for an elective post in the east during the last general elections, not to talk of being elected?

How are you sure that you are even Yoruba if DNA was conducted on you? The probability of you coming out as a Yoruba is 50-50. You are likely to be a Nupe, Fulani, kanuri or Bini man. SW is the most thickly mixed demography in Nigeria. I can openly sponsor your ancestral DNA TEST if you got the liver. You are not sure of been Yoruba until an ancestral DNA text is carried on you.

Finally, the Igbo blood in Yoruba lineage is becoming stronger, some counting to second to third generation. The governor of osun state mother is Igbo and one of his wives is Igbo. The wife of the governor of ondo state is Igbo and probably the sons wives will toll on that line. Some of your Obas have Igbo wives and we cant forget that one of the late Alafins wife is Igbo. Lagos State narrowly missed Gbadevo Chinedu as governor, who will all know that his mother and his wife are both Igbos. Even tinubus sons wife has a link to Anambra and the same with Ambodes wives mother which many do not know that she's Igbo.
