I’d elevate my immediate family-mum,dad, siblings over my uncle’s… but you should be articulate with numerical facts abd figures .. how much your bro earns in a month… his net income not gross. If you have an accounting background or an accountant as friend/family.. they could help with quarterly income/loss statement.. 2-4 qtrs should be OK.. then you need to include in your financial defense when it comes. It’s better to be fully prepared than to be under prepared.

Be patience and keep waiting but if by the 1st week of December the status has not changed then change your location to Abuja . Lagos has more population than Abuja so Abuja is kinda looking ....

If you don't want to change location you may use your feed back option to keep sending mail.

Tankio. My conspiracy theory, is that covid was a valid underlying reason to restrict and limit visa applications and approvals.. I could be very wrong lol.

The goal and objective of a mock interview is to simulates the real-life interaction between you and the VO . If you are willing to attend physically then i am willing to assist .

Most (not all) online or virtual version of mock interview training is incomplete and generally lacks discipline.

Imagine someone during an online mock interview training sitting on a bed while the TV is on . A lady was doing mock interview training inside her car while her kids were distracting her .

Your body languages has to be tested . 1.Some people are shy in the presence of the VO.
2.Some cannot talk immediately they saw crowd . 3. Some cannot stand the stress of rigorous questions.

HOW WILL ONLINE MOCK INTERVIEW ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES ?

....Get the possible questions and answers based on your I 20 and have someone drill you physically till about 3 days towards your appointment.

VO- Good Morning
Me- Good Morning

VO- Pass me your document
Me- here it is

VO- does your aunty who is your sponsor live in the US

Me- my aunt Mrs …. lives in sugarland Texas

VO- what does she do?
Me- she works as a registered/ self employed nurse and owns her own healthcare firm in sugarland Texas

VO- is she the one sponsoring your siblings and how did your siblings get to the us?
Me- my brother got is dual engineering masters at Louisiana tech and was returning to a new job offer here in Nigeria. Then intel corporation made a counter offer and he is currently on work visa H1b at intel corporation

VO- what about your sister how did she get there?
Me- my sister got married here in Nigeria then after 3years she moved with her husband who is a US citizen, she’s currently a green card holder

VO- have you travelled before?
Me- No, this will be my first time

VO- (types for a while) I’m sorry you won’t be accepted by this time. Gave me the blue slip
