I will recommend you not initiate contact with IRCC by sending an email regarding your application status at this time. Delays in processing may arise due to the volume of applications. I recommend exercising patience and waiting for an official update. There are specific instructions or a designated timeline provided by the immigration authorities; it would be prudent to adhere to those guidelines.

Alright.. thanks. I appreciate your response.

Please gurus in the house I need advice o.

emmyoddy:

As a self sponsored applicant, I think you will need to have the balance of 5500 tuition, 10k*2 living expenses misc. 4k
Total is 29500 roughly
Multiply by the current exchange rate, you will discover that you need more than 15m.

If I were you, I will add more money in naira. The tuition deposit is okay.

Let our gurus guide you through.
I'm so sorry about your refusal.

The next one will be a positive decision in Jesus name amen

Kimzy4u:
Good evening gurus in the house, my visa was refused due to insufficient fund, that I won't return to my home country.
My school fees was 23,500Cad
I paid 18kCad
My POF was 15m.
Please I need your advice, because am thinking of adding 2kCad to my school fees to make it 20kCad. Then increase my POF to 18.5m. then reapply.
Please your advice
Are you sure it was because of insufficient funds or weak home ties.

Have you gotten your GCMS note?

JMG12:
Yes, that is what she should do. Some money should be in your account, probably the first two years' tuition and living expenses. This financial stability not only strengthens your visa application but also demonstrates your ability to support yourself throughout your initial period of stay in the country.

Hello Everyone,

I sent my passport to Canada VAC in London two days back using Royal Mail and till date I haven’t gotten any confirmation email from the VAC. Please, has anyone faced similar issues? I read that I ought to receive a tracking number, how can I get a tracking number as I have not received a confirmation email from VAC. Do I have to reach out to the VAC directly?

Thank you

Good morning Everyone,

My parents (US Citizens) plan to sponsor my Sister, her Husband, and her Daughter to Canada for her MSc. She already has an admission and we're currently discussing proof of funds.
What is the required POF and can they use their US bank accounts and paychecks as POF, since they are the sponsors?
Do my sister or her husband also need to have POF in their own Bank Accounts?

Thanks

It is crucial that you get a study leave letter from your employer if you are a public worker intending to travel to Canada for academic purposes. For the period of your temporary study stay in Canada, this letter is official proof stating you have been granted permission to take a leave of absence from your public service obligations.
Thanks

I did upfront Medicals on the 3rd of November, I would advise you go for upfront Medicals too, considering the booking time for medicals and submission and collection of passport from vfs office. let us hope for the best, My school resumption date is January 2nd

You have to first determine what kind of introduction are you proposing, however, generally letter on introduction is written by one another party (employer, referee etc) to introduce another party (applicant etc)

Check google for various samples.

First get your GCMS notes to know why they rejected the first application, if your spouse and baby are going alone for now it will reduce the amount of POF you have to show.

It is always ideal you have your funds for a minimum of 4 months. Though is some rare cases, statement with shorter periods have been used successfully.

Please no one can answer this question because they are not pursuing the same thing as you. If you want to know the deadline visit the admission page of the institution, you are interested in to confirm.

You can only go for biometrics after you have applied, the application fee contains the biometric fee. So you can not do biometrics without applying.

On the list of documents to be submitted, letter of introduction from employer was written on the list, I just want to be sure if the letter of introduction must be from the employer because my brother said it ought to be a self letter of introduction by the applicant.
