I wasn't accepted for a job in an Organization that is Yoruba(C) and I locked up and moved on. The guy who eventually opened my eyes that it was because of my Igbo ethnicity that they rejected me is Yoruba(M) too.

I have from North too who are C &M and I don't discriminate na make dem use sense follow life. There's life after success and the most civilised people ever have disappeared from the face of the earth.

Any organisation that rejects a person based on tribal lines is doing so based on the perspective of the founders/ manager(s) of the company.

That perspective is usually formed majorly by past negative experiences which if repeated gives them a cemented view of the tribe.

E g if I am Ibo with company and employed say for example Edo person in an accounting position only to discover the person defrauded me...and later I employ another Edo person in another position and the person does same thing....it could make me careful of dealing with them. However, my view is still limited cos I have only dealt with a few people from Edo.

The Igbos and Yoruba are the 2most foolish set of people in Africa. Their foolishness is not based on their lack of wisdom but on the fact that they fail to see the potential they both can bring by working together in eradicating poverty from Africa. They compete when they are meant to complement each other ,they create unnecessary strife when they are suppose to encourage each other. They will forever remain in their potential until they realize they that greatness is possible if the both throw away the past and embrace a shared future.
