The Assembly Complex was burnt, now it was assessed and found that the structural integrity of the complex is compromised, that is the reason for the demolition, same remedy for any structure that fails integrity test anywhere in Nigeria.
Whether the camp of the governor is lying which is likely true concerning the structure failing integrity test, nothing can be done about it let alone using that as a ground for impeachment since the structure was burnt and there is evidence

Have you considered that...have you also considered what is the constitutional role of a minister dictating to an elected governor how he should run his government.
