Seun should as matter of fact sack most of his tribalistic moderators. They cost him the damaged. I hope you are able to get a grip on yourself and restore nairaland to its glory. Handling things lackadaisically is not good. Giving your moderators freedom is good, but there should be firm oversight and compensation. The site has grown too big for where it currently is.
