Small time now u go run bring out stats to justify why Nwakali is the second best midfielder in the world. The same stats that made folks like u believe that De Bruyne is better than Zizou 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
i believe you have seen the wage of Chaves team and nwakali precisely. We can conclude that what your elder brother is dropping here is far from fact. 😂

Story, the quality of a player attracts the pay he deserves. Messi,CR7,Bale,Iniesta,Xavi,Neymar,Suarez,Pique just to mention a few that I can remember were heavily paid when they were in laliga
heavily paid Is one thing. Average pay is another. Nwakali in the epl is making 60k per week minimum depending on how his agent negotiates.

I know who Nwakali is in your book but Komekn "opinion" on Nwakali is mostly not the truth as you said..

Jones of Manchester United before his contract was terminated was collecting huge and we'll both agree there are many defenders in the league 1 and league 2 doing better than him during that time...

Basing your argument on what a player earn is not the "truth" about the quality of the player...

That said, I think Nwakali is not doing enough but I won't and will never rate him or any player solely based on his salary..

Antony is just dancing just to entertain us when a better dancer in pocolee is doing the dance for peanut in Nigeria

Alot is wrong with Nigeria foot ball even the so called ex internationals, sports journalists, sports opinion mongers in nigeria would do worse with the way they've been crying for Pasiero exclusion of home based NPFL players in the 27 man list

You mean same NPFL players that can't even help their clubs win away in CAF competitions? Same NPFL players that have fail qualify for Chan Tourney for years now? It means if they have the opportunity they will squeeze this lads into the 27 man list at the expense of players doing better in advanced leagues in Europe

Nigeria system does not encourage meritocracy..... at all

At the bolded some player failed to qualify us for world cup in Qatar, should we discard them?

I will take npfl star over Dennis Emmanuel... Oboabona was picked from the Npfl then likewise Mba... I can tell you the quality in the league now is better than then

Nigeria is a special reverse case. Everything is just backwards moving. Before we were consistently making the knockout stages of caf competitions but now we barely qualify. Is that your evidence of better than before? . Emmanuel Dennis is a very weird inclusion in that list Sha. I would have said he wouldn't make the final list but this is Nigeria weirder things have happened.

You and I know so well that going by league performance Dude does not merit a place in the 27 man list at all ahead of players like Akpom and Alhassan if we wanna tick the DM position and then draft Ndidi to the CM. Then we have Iwobi/Aribo/Akpom play the AM role and somehow maybe Boniface/Iheancho play the the SS role from the midfield position

In what you are saying, you miss that there are different approaches to the game and also playing pattern.

Keep in mind since Finidi and Peseiro joined forces, we are slowly moving towards a possessive playing pattern.

Giving that, the coaching crew will work towards people that will help deliver their playing format.

Kelechi Nwakali offers something different that all the other players do not offer like him.

Distributive play.

It is not about who is better or who had a better season but who can bring in something different to the team.

When the coach picks the best players, they will look in who can help bring a tactical switch. That is what you are not considering.

Whether his attitude is affecting Nwakali or not is not the point of discussion. It is how poor his personal behavior is and what is elyte89's take on his attitude.
Sir,let's anyone say whatever they want to say on Nwakali. The insult Mikel received from Nigerians Nwakali had not received 10% of it.

I knew Awoniyi not as Nigeria player but a close kinsman and we do talks if opportunity arises but i never for once mentioned Nairaland to him cuz they do not need it.Some talks can weigh player down cuz they are humans.

I got your point but fact remain,we cannot change anyone stance on a player except the player himself....can anyone said Osimhen cannot play in the championship again.

Everything is backward - Yes

When we do make the knockout stage constantly, all other country are damn sleeping then and they are awake now and we are where we are .... That's just the difference.

Antony got his big money move to united based on his good performance in the colors of Ajax both in the eirdivisie and European club competitions

Jones prior to his signing to united was rated as one of the best young CBs in world football which made fergie to bring him from Blackburn

What hv nwakali done to earn above 2k euros he currently earn at Chaves?

I will say it here, unless we have a team firing all cylinders, you have to look elsewhere to fill some gaps — the backwater leagues in Europe and NPFL inclusive. The craze for players in the big leagues even when some of them are underperforming or lacking some specific skill set we need, will take us nowhere. When the games starts, it’s 11 vs 11. That’s what matters most. Today, I think Ismailia Sodiq of Remo Starts should be at least on stand by. Nwakali (who plays for lowly Chavez) definitely should make the cut. We lack quality crosses and dead ball specialist. These players bring that and even more.

Mod
As much as you need accomplished players in the team, sometimes you need desire and ambition in the mix. This is where some seemingly unaccomplished players come in. And the context here is for a team that is performing far below expectation. A team like the current Super Eagles

Victor Osimhen has agreed a one-year extension to his deal at Napoli (2025-26) and a release clause in the region of €130m - 140m is reportedly inserted in the deal.

Osimhen is also not expected to leave Napoli any earlier than the 2024-25 summer transfer window.

Arsenal and Chelsea are the frontrunners for the Nigerian's signature.
