From these verses, we learn that we must love our enemies to be like our father in heaven.
This tells you that God loves his enemies.
He loved the children of Benjamin yet he still sanctioned their killing.
So when you read love your enemies it is not an end to war.

Common sense should tell you that these two aren't of the same category, you can think of a way to stop a rapist by attacking became such a person is DOING what everyone knows is wrong but the enemy will not give you a single sign for you to be suspicious, they will not show their face neither will they live a trace for the law to catch up with them.
So when Jesus said we should love our enemies the rapist is your neighbour that you must love to regain his or her senses because that one is not an enemy to anyone.

Jesus Christ wants us to follow the Father's example of love. We actually go to war because of love.
To protect our families and those around us.
The war against slavery was a war of love.
The war against Hitler was fought out of love.

So yes, it was an act of love for humanity that led people to fight evil.

You are not very wise to think that a rapist loves you.
A rapist means to do you evil. A rapist would not attack someone he loves.
If you don't know, rape is evil and anyone seeking to rape your wife means to do you evil. So even from your own definition, you failed.
Again, if you love your enemies so much that you can use weapons against him but then you don't love a rapist who isn't even your enemy and you are prepared to use a weapon against him, that shows you are sick.
Remember, you are commanded to love all men. That includes rapists. So if you can't use weapons in war, you should never touch the man raping your wife.
You should encourage her to turn the other cheek and go the extra round with her rapist.

They even say we must remember that Rapists are humans and need dignity. Why do you think they have serious Child Sexual abuse? Why do you think their past Governing body members have been involved in raping children? Why do you think they protect Pedophiles? Because of this mindset. This publication was deliberately worded this way because of the rampant Child sexual abuse and they were trying to brainwash victims to be sympathetic towards their fellow JW rapists so that they don't report to the authorities.
