I and others here started raising questions about the pattern of play since last season. You might win a couple of trophies riding your luck and dishing out 6/10 performance every match day but it is not sustainable in the long if you must challenge for the big trophies.

It doesn't have to be an unemployed manager. The most important thing though is for Sir Jim to settle in and get his football people in the right positions in the club first, get the clueless management staff out, and then get a manager if he so wishes.

I already wrote this season off way back around September if you can remember. The mistake is not going to be not sacking ETH early enough, the mistake would be sacking him and replacing him with the wrong manager. That would lead to another 2-3yrs wasted.

There are some players that need to be moved on as well. ETH has wasted so much money that with the FFP restrictions we might need to offload high earners like Rashford, Sancho, Casemiro, Varane.

First order of business for Sir Jim Ratcliffe is to sack the entire board (if possible) including Murtough, sack Ten Hag and offload all his signing (ba Martinez and Rasmus). He should also sell Rashford, Sancho, Casemiro (to Saudi for reasonable fee), McTominay, Dalot, Onana, Linderlof, Maguire and other unserious players.

I also don't expect much too from this deal, i see Sir Jim as someone investing in Manutd to create a cash flow for his kids. Similar to what the Glazers kids are enjoying today. But i am hopeful he will get rid of the current board and some useless, unserious players.

The way people talk about SJR love for English talent, I hope he doesn't attempt to reintegrate Scamcho into the club..New era for us finally..

Martial is already going as his contract ends this season.
Mctominay should also go of course, I just mentioned those ones cos of the financial benefits we obtain from taking them off the books.
