Na the only thing him get to do be that. Because in this case, he has only 2options.

1. Spend the money and stay behind the bars afterwards.

2. Return the money and maybe dem fit give you something inside.

Someone paid 1.4 million in my sister's account, when naira still make sense during Yar'Adua time, she has to go to the bank herself after one month to complain about the erroneous transfer, they traced the rightful owner, and she was give 50k

The only evidence is that, the money entered his account number. And he has nowhere to hid. And, 5million no worth the stress of hiding for months. So, it's for his own good he returned the money.

Omo if we say make we check am well,that money is not worth the stress at the end of the day because they will definitely fish him out

Those saying he has no option should look at it this way. There is really no withdrawal restrictions at the moment of recieving the large sum. He can as well go to a car dealership and purchase a new Mercedes Benz then simply disappear without trace. Afterall a POS agent got the same error and suddenly became an overnight philanthropist.
