Am sure you lack understanding, majority of them don't even depend on their salaries except those that don't want to use their heads. You should know that majority of workers in Nigeria are less paid, it is not lecturing job alone, some private school teachers that have such qualifications like those in lecturing field are even praying to get such job while those in the field are complaining. Again, I never said that they are been paid well but when compared with their fellow in private schools with such qualifications, theirs are till better. Remember that as their level rises, the salary continue to rise unlike those in private sector where salary can be stagnant for years without increment, the best you can do is to leave if you are not satisfied with the pay.

It is people like you that came out to condemn ASUU in the last strike they embarked on for dragging the strike too long. The solution to this is if ASUU will embark on indefinite strike without giving room to any pressure from the parents and government and the slogan should be sack one, sack all, until their demands are met....
I hate it when people comes out to complain on issues that has a solution, you take action and fight your oppressors, you can't be complaining about low wage and yet you are not taking the right action. I am the last person that will work in a place and start complaining about low wage. it is either I leave or I start the revolution by talking sense to my colleagues, I did it twice in my place of work.
