Am a seventh day adventist,no root on d day on December about christ birth biblically but we not against the celebration as its ideology its of love and d reason behind it is jesus so get it right

In Mexico, Brazil, and even Argentina, there is a unique holiday known as the Day of the Dead, which is designated to commemorate the passing of our loved ones. Therefore, celebrating the birthday of Jesus Christ is not a bad idea.

If they don't celebrate it, this means they're observing the pagan period which Christmas has replaced, what an irony. Op said it's a pagan worship, you people sef, you all don't know better than the Catholic Church.

Everybody with their own beliefs.
The same demon or idols that Roman Catholic Church had destroyed centuries ago and replaced their memories with that of Christ and called it Christmas. But MFM believes that Christ is too small to take the glory. They'll rather say they day belongs to already extinct demon/idols, they'll hype the idol/demon, gathered all their members to their prayer city on that day and begin to kill the the demon/idol shouting die by fire die die die die die.
Some Churches need to review their doctrines. Not celebrating Christmas isn't the problem, but ascribing the Christmas day to a demon/idols that no one remembers its name without asking google is absurd and insensitive. All powers in heaven and earth belongs to Jesus. Every single day is for Jesus and if a day like Dec 25 is specially dedicated for Jesus, it is not out of place. A MESSAGE ON CHRISTMAS
Tomorrow is December 25. In many countries, many will celebrate it as the Christmas day while others will carry on with their normal life. If you are celebrating Christmas, here's a message for you.

You're likely going to celebrate this Christmas in fanciful clothes, with fanciful church service, Christmas trees and delicious meals. Some will tell you how demonic Christmas is because of historical synopsis at their disposal. The celebration has evolved over time and it's origin is so far from us in time that such condemnations make little or no sense now. So enjoy yourselves; it's a holiday. But do your best to avoid these profane lies that celebrators of Christmas have been indulging in over the years.

One, don't say Christ was born on Christmas day. Know that "in the beginning the Word already existed. He was with God, and He was God" (John.1.1). The Word is Jesus Christ. He has no beginning and no ending. He already existed in the beginning. "He was with God, and He was God." It is a caustic profanity to limit the eternal One to His Humanity as if He was only human as we are. "He was in the beginning with God. He created everything there is. Nothing exists that He didn't make. Life itself was in Him, and this life gives light to everyone" (John.1.2-4).

Two, don't teach others Christ was born on Christmas day. It is an absurd disfigurement of the psychology of humanity to sing that aweful song which has the lyrics "Christ was born on Christmas day." This is more so when children are taught to repeat it.

Three, don't say three wise men visited Christ at His birth. Here's the passage that talks about wise men visiting baby Jesus: "Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem in Judea, during the reign of King Herod. About that time some wise men from eastern lands arrived in Jerusalem. They entered the house where the child and His mother, Mary, were, and they fell down before Him and worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasure chests and gave Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh" (Matt.2.1,11). Please, note that the number of wise men is not mentioned. Avoid the fallacious assumption that since they gave Him three gifts, they were three in number. You have given someone more than one gift before. That didn't make you many people, right?.

If you don't celebrate Christmas, don't be abrasive; be educative. The world needs enlightenment not lightening. If they give you a bonus in your office this season, take it with thanksgiving. If someone says Merry Christmas, tell them, Happy holidays. Be nice.

The world is different from the Earth. The world equates to the spiritual cage of sinners. Every christain born again has been delivered from its foundation.
