The atmosphere was too celebratory for such an occasion that was supposed to be solemn, too much cheering and the governor saying a ku orire(thank God for our good luck) was just wrong. He must have truly hated the late governor despite his expression of condolence, because the atmosphere was too celebratory sorry I was shocked when I watched it earlier on Tvc.
