This team wasn’t assembled to make a run to the championship, it was assembled to win the championship! I look at how we play under the Meerkat and I don’t see it. For a team that has players with length, size and strength, one would think we should have some balanced offense and punishing opponents with drives to the paint and low post scoring but all we do is jack up 3s.

It took nearly losing this game to stop jacking up 3s and expand the offense in the 4th.

Griffin has not set this team up properly defensively.

They're bottom 10 on defense. Fortunately they're the best offense in the league, though their easy schedule has helped but the Bucks had a track record of being a defensive team. Whether you believe Lillard has made it worse, the coach is not helping either

And if we are going to give him credit for their good offense then we must give him blame for their lack of defense

He is having a terrific season. However, the ease with which he went at Lillard, especially during the 4th was a sorry sight. He was pretty much picking him out and isolating for a 1v1.
