It won't ironically. I've barely ever encountered any ex-convict who's reformed for better. The Nigerian Correctional System does everything but correct, apparently.

Count 1 - 200 (in your mind) before you let loose of your anger.

This method has helped me over the years. Feel free to give it a try

It can be resolved

First just admit its a biological thing from either of your parents or a traumatic moment.
Or maybe you didn't grow up in family with love. But you now can change that and make your heart be filled with love to also give love.

Then start tracing back at things that made you always angry. Passion for football, politics and religion spark anger. Disassociate.

Diassociate from people who triggers anger in you even if not completely for a while.

Socialize and see it as just fun. Join a football team, go to party with friends. The goal is to do what make you happy.

Finally, pray against it.

Maybe it’s because of smell OP perceived when coming out of the canal through which he was born.

It was repellent and pungent that it affected your brain causing you the dilemma of your psychosis.
