He can only be impeached in breached of his constitutionally mandate, anything outside it is illegal. Also there are provisional guidelines to be followed to initiate an impeachment proceeding and if not followed, all the impeachment process is null and void and cannot be sustained even in law court.

Notice what the law says:
1. The governor must be giving notice of impeachment and boldly written his offence.
2. The governor reserve the right to either reply or not within 7 days.
3. The speaker shall within 14 days put it into a motion if the allegation is to be investigated or not and must have the nods of at least two-third of the majority of the house.
4. If the motion is sustained, the house request the chief judge to set up 7-man panel.
5. The 7-man panel is giving within 3 months to investigate the allegation against the governor.
6. If the panel sustained the allegation levelled against the governor. The findings are put to vote and must receive two-third votes to be sustained.

If all these processes are not followed, the impeachment is a rouse. And you know what that was the shortcuts they wanted to passed and it almost caused the crisis. They wanted to go through the backdoor and impeach the governor, which would have caused constitutionally crisis in the state, until the youths mobilized and scuttled the all thing and set he house on fire.
Put of correction, it was after they began the impeachment wahala that the house was built by hoodlums. Hence, the house was demolished after attempted impeachment. So all you listed wasn't part of the impeachment record. It is not a must you comment.

First, who told you that they were not following the laid down laws and rules in the impeachment process? Who told you that thier reasons for impeachment imwas not legal and allowed for by the laws of the state?
