If Elumelu or Jim Ovia gets a ministerial appointment even though they have resigned from UBA and Zenith are we saying these banks cannot do business with govt again or even have govt accounts?

Same with the Gov of Zamfara who used to be ED at First Bank, Should the state stop any relationship with First Bank?

Or you think PwC wont be getting business from govt because Taiwo Oyedele is now Tax boss

There is difference between a 1% to 5% shareholder and a 100% shareholder

Even if Zenith hammer from insider contract, not much will wash out to shareholders after dilution with all of Zenith other interests

Tunji-Ojo case is different. A pure open and shut case in any civilised democracy. Drawing parallel with Osinbajo who owns a minute percentage of shares in a publicly traded firm won't cut it

Where is the actual CCB disclosure which would contain more details. Pretty sure some miniscule shares prior to 2015 wouldnt count for major or significant shareholding today - which is what you said

As an aside, a lot of your stories dont check out. It's easier to just ignore since the overall motive of the story checks out

You always seem to know someone or have a friend who's experienced all kind of scenarios. - I'm sure you know what they say about people like that.

Ease off on the need to speak on everything. I only corrected what I'm pretty sure was wrong

The Adeleke family house - marble walls et al on Esther Adeleke Street is in Lekki Phase 1.

I just felt like typing that. grin

If 10 people are saying it, then it must be true is a violation of logical reasoning. Especially when said people are giving testimonials that are easily disprovable.

As a rule of thumb, you don't need to like someone to be objective. Just think if those arguments were being made about Wike, I am pretty sure you will be more objective than that.

Tabloid quote is not evidence.

Nigerian Pastors don't like . . .is not evidence. Some of those Nigerian Pastors heard God tell them they'll be president and it is 23 years since then - no show. You don't even like who they have supported politically but you are going to die on the hill of their spiritual endorsements?

I actually do have pity for some of you.

Not at all. If you must critic someone's line of thought, the least you can do is make sure you understand what they are saying.

This was what I said.

When you have more than 10 people saying the same thing, you will expect it to at least trigger something in his church members.

How does it translate to this

If 10 people are saying it, then it must be true

You can't throw stones and then hide your hands. I may have been histrionic but those who understand basic syllogism know what you employed.

If 1 or 2 say. . .maybe it is a lie

But when it is 10 and beyond. . . What should follow?

Tie it to "sheeple" and "get away with it".

Sir, you have concluded that there is some verisimilitude to it. In fact, you believe the testimonies. Own it.

Every one and their cat know you will not apply the same logic if the man in question is Wike. No need to play Ostrich. 2024 is the year of extreme ownership.

Own ya shit.

I was on this mission to tour all 36 states in Nigeria. Been to and spent a minimum of one night in 24 states before kidnapping became the source of livelihood of certain people.

Since then, mission has been aborted.

Una wey dey travel dey try o.

Even before kidnapping became a thing , the state of Nigerian roads has always made me scared of traveling .

I normally use public transport. Those drivers have a very good understanding of the road and where the potholes are. Secondly, moving around the states I visit is always better with public transport as well. I get to know the roads, names and how to move around the city on my own.

As kidnapping con enter, I don rest.

Onuachu is more useless than Sadiq. What happened to Gift Orban? They should have used the opportunity to draft another much needed midfielder like Dele Bashiru rather than go for another useless striker
