When you remove the cost of transporting crude to refinery out the country, also the cost of bringing in refine products into the country.

Trucks will load directly from the refinery tank farm.
Some charges are automatically eliminated.
NPA and NIMASA charges
NAVY and Custom charges
By the time all this are removed.
Definitely the price of PMS, AGO etc shld come down.

Nigeria Use to have 4 that got spoiled and never repaired by the military government due to corruption. Port Harcourt refinery has just been repaired and also about to start production .

However, I will like it to be privatized for accountability purposes, Nigeria Government can not run it without issue, but when such is in the hand of a private owner it will create competition in the market.

This was what happened to telecommunication. When NITEL was the sole company the product was poor until MTEL power was broken now we can use MTN, ITEL, 9Mobile, Glo etc

My take is, we have been at the mercy of these reapers and enemies of Nigeria.
If Dangote price is higher I am comfortable reason is the FX impact.
We will have the exchange rate positive impact. The source for the USD will reduce and drastically impact positively on the Naira and those praying for Nigeria to fail will fail.
The source for Dangote oli will bring FX inflow and strengthen the Naira. God bless Dangote,,God shame the the enemies of Nigeria and those praying for the Zoo called Nigeria to be forevermore damned.

Well, we have new hands at the helms of most of the agencies including Customs, so fingers crossed they will do their work better than before.

His fuel will surely be more expensive. But thank God he is not a friend of this government, else government would have ban importation of fuel in his favor or better still release a policy that will make him milk the country dry alone with his refinery.
