Gone are the days when Youth Corp members were called govt pikin and treated like sacred cows by their host communities. This one did not read his NYSC handbook. You can't leave your NYSC place of service without the express permission of your LI and ZI. So him being away for 24 days without informing NYSC is wrong and out of order.
