Nigerians can complain for this world rather than ask what can be done by everyone. The next thing, they run to another man's land. Dangote did his part, let's do our part. Largest refinery constructed for 7years while every other looters spends money but not creative or business establishment, only hotels.
Make them dey Japa go ooo... Na here we go dey

he may decide not to sell locally because he took foreign loans that need to be relayed but which ever way it turns out, I don't see the govt of Nigeria having to approach Dangote with forex to buy diesel or petrol after giving him cheaper than market dollar to build. It will also make the govt sit up and fix local refineries.
By agreement, dangote 1st customer is Nigerian market.Bt dont 4get,hes under no obligation to sell in naira or sell as cheap as naija govt want

by eliminating the need to import petrol, diesel, and more with forex, forex prices will crash thereby strengthening the naira. That means imported commodities like food, clothes and more will cost less to import and thus cheaper. It affects the common man irrespective of whether fuel goes for N1500 or N350 a litre.

Well said but fuel cannot even go for 1,500naira if our currency is already strengthened. It will definitely go higher by weakening the dollar

Op remove apc .
Dangote refinery is not an apc thing.

The refinery started during PDP long before the name apc came into existence

It cannot be sold for less than the international price because if it is less, the opportunity for arbitraging occurs and Nigerians would then start selling it to neighbouring countries for profit.Nigerians are greedy fools and start whinging, whining and moaning when things go bad What do they expect with their stupid ways.
nigeria can officially sell to neighboring countries

At the prevailing international price. If the price for citizens is lower than the international price, then nigerians being the greedy unscrupulous selfish scumbags they are would smuggle it to other countries to make a profit so we'll be back to subsidy problems again. Nigerians are nigerias greatest enemies.

That is your own delusion, I do not share such opinion with you or anyone else.

Newsflash. The leaders don't care @ the bolded. See Nigeria is a really hopeless country. It produces and generates next to nothing and the little it generates from crude sales is misappropriated or stolen. I travelled to a village in adamawa bordering Cameroon recently amd you should see how ships laden with cotton are being brought through the waters. It is offloaded by the banks where trucks to carry them and transport them to different parts of the country. Yet you wonder why there are no jobs. Nigeria's case is just absolutely hopeless as it stands today.

Which direct and indirect employment you are talking about that is already not there? As a matter of fact the refinery will use less than 10 percent of the workforce it employed during construction for production. There will be no increase in demand for PMS, Diesel, Kerosene/JET A/A1, either will people start building new filling stations.
datola:

Also, the direct and indirect employment it will generate is enormous
