Amokachi should realize that, as a commentator, he has to be neutral and unbiased. The amount of time that he openly wished that Nigeria defeated Ivory Coast was nauseating. How can you be saying “today is the day Nigeria will break that jinx” as a commentator? Nigga you’re supposed to be neutral and keep your personal feelings to yourself
So if Drogba dey dere, he also will be neutral, abi?

Look at how CV dispatched Mozambique that’s how we should be dispatching these minors. Tomorrow, one nebucadnezzaer will tell you that Africa has no minors

Oga, dead that talk...as far as the super eagles is concerned, Iheanacho is a very important player... Akpom and Tella are untested and unproven in the national team... They will get their chance soon
Excluding the emotive favouritism surrounding Harry Maguire. When a player doesn't perform in club and league you get dropped.

Nobody is going to say you were good before therefore you will be good again. The question is howuch better will the in form club player be for the national team than the out of form player like KC.

You have anchored ⚓ your entire rationality on favouritism, double standard and conflicting preferences.

Has IGHALO not been exceptional for the SE why was he not invited ,he is doing it for both club and league in the HERE and NOW.

What Blueelf does is really infuriating. Thing is that he can point out the exaggerated estimation people have regarding the team and that's fine but to gloat and mock your fellow compatriots when they are seething from a loss is downright insensitive and to continue doing it against the general sentiment of this thread is just childishness.

I go do am so that make e pain una. That's his idea.

After the tournament a player like Omerou should be leaving the team. He has refused to grow to a man. I remember a time there was a report of some players messing with girls and his name was there, I was ashamed considering his age and status in the team as one of the few senior players. Now look at what he did yesterday - entering the pitch to struggle with his necklace. Why in God’s name would you wear chains to a match venue when you know you are in the match day squad? What are you teaching the younger players?

Omo I want that guy out of the team. Just compare his attitude to the likes of Musa and Ekong. That guy na Obote

For me Aina is a complete footballer he was like the Nigerian Trent Alexander.

My boy 👦 hope you do understand this is the only reasonable point you have made since you joined this thread?

Kudos boy! More of that for the year

See Ekong was solid. I feel that solidity was a result of determination to make good of the match.

It’s obvious you haven’t been watching Leicester play all season & when he’s on
I’ve been watching them because I try to follow Nigerian guys when I can
Against Ipswich, even the other teams in top 5
Kelechi seemed like a real threat.
He’s an experienced team player with a high football IQ & a deadly left foot
No point arguing this
That's all emotional hullabaloo with zero substance.

KC is a striker supposedly but he is not scoring any goals and how many assists did he get.

Right now KC position in Leicester is very shaky he is going to struggle to get back in. Essentially, because when he was in he did not do enough to be first choice striker.

37 year old Vardy has 6 goals from 18 matches KC from 20. has 5, And all you can say is , he is a real threat.🤔 objective appraisal and analysis.

The same Ekong some peeps here said was forced on Jpes by NFF. The same Ekong some even wrote one page of essay to justify nepotism by NFF. The same Ekong one even said that he is so bad that he cannot make a league 1 team. Till today they refuse to understand that this is AFCON. It's played by Africans. Those with big heart and strong mindset.

Not just qualified, but also top their group.
The highest point Ghana can get is 4 points, while Egypt can only get maximum of 5 points. Cape Verde is a team to watch out for in this tournament.

Watching the Senegal Vs Cameroon game absolutely fantastic.

All European style discipline structured team play completely out the window, forget defence and structure it's just attack, attack plus attack X attack, Senegal may have had 5 corners in the first 20 minutes.

This a complete POWER GAME not for boys .

It takes me back to the days of raw skill power and talent and very little team tactics in THE AFCON of years ago.

It's just great End 🔚 to End 🔚

COOL10:
I can't wait to have Iheanacho and Iwobi playing together. Iheanacho is going to boss that right half-space and give room to Aina to over-lap and deliver dangerous crosses.

If Osimhen fails to score, even with Iheanacho and Iwobi being right there to feed him those SEXY PENETRATION PASSES, then he needs to be given a seat on the bench. No room for mediocrity in a tournament like the AFCON.

Perhaps, coming on as a substitute will put him in the right state of mind to be more clinical in front of goal.
I’m just hoping we never cross paths with Morocco or Senegal until the finals

A well organized team
They string passes well and take shots outside the box
One thing for sure is that they will test your goalie from outside 18
