Hey, let me tell you the plain truth cos I've been studying the laws of the universe for a while. This your GUILT is the main reason you keep getting stuck in whatever cycle. Your only problem is loving yourself which I know for a fact that you don't. Let me ask you, can you look into the mirror and say I LOVE YOU. If you can't do that, then you have a self image problem. LOVE YOURSELF! then watch how easy and beautiful life is!

I feel your pain bro, my problem is cigrates, im a fucking dragon. at the least lesiure i take 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, especially when im working. i can run down 2-3 packs of bohem in 24hrs depending on my activity that day... I know its not good for my health but still... I still remember one fine girl wey i no chop because of smoking... sometimes i just want to give myself a punch for my stupidity and weakness... But anyhow we move

This smoking is another habit killing me, but mine not cigarettes. I take colos daily to stabilized my daily routine. And I pay as low as 25k weekly for management
