E get female Engr for my company. She heads the department called Electronic Testing. They conduct tests on n faulty transformer. It's not by title.

Is it only in construction you have an engineer?
There are different areas of engineering.
Civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, petrochemical engineering, Information Technology and so on.

Ignorant makes loud comment.
