Enugu State has totally disappeared from every discussion relating to infrastructural and human capital development in the Southeast. We now have a governor who has done literally nothing and is showing no willingness to do anything since his ascension to power eight months ago.

Soludo is not the worst in the east currently: Enugu State has a governor who is doing nada, which is why the state no longer features in any discussion about development in the Southeast. Soludo might not be the revolutionary solution he campaigned to be, but he's doing something. Peter Mba is doing nothing but wear blue suit like a corporate monkey and mix Igbo with English like a badly educated village champion.

Anambra witnessed highest level of insecurity since it's creation under Obi. No one forgets the violence and reckless killings by soldiers in 2006 in Onitsha owing to their invitation by Obi and shoot-at-sight order.

Also the very troubling spate of kidnappings and armed robbery between 2009-2010 involving kidnapping of people like GUO, Pete edochie, Pokobross and the kidnapping and murder of former deputy Governor Chudi Nwike. Are we forgetting the ezu River killings?

Anambra had the highest shortfall in teachers recruitment under Obi. It was three months to the end of his eight years tenure that he recruited teachers. Soludo in one year + has recruited more teachers than Obi did in eight years and is still offering free education in junior secondary.If you recruited qualified and motivated teachers, you have solved more than 50% of education problems. Why do you guys keep repeating the lies that Obi invested in education. Good citizens reward patriots not people they are emotionally attached to. That is how societies grow.

I know this and I see it. The question is would the slabs be constructed and successfully installed to cover the full length of the gutter? . Most open gutters in nigeria have that provision but you do not see slabs on it.

You construct drainage according to the size of the road and the dynamics of how water flow around.
Many beautiful cities around the world don't have this kind of drainage except when needed!
