There's the Edo Sexual Assault Referral Centre.

I wander why is so hard for you people to make your own research. If you're in Edo state, go to any of the state or local government office within your environment and ask for more information about them.

You should know nobody is usually available to answer questions, or willing to give answers in this so called local government offices and the likes.
