Lagos High Court Sentences Samuel Ademola Oladimeji to 3 Concurrent Life Imprisonment Sentences for the Offense of Sexual Assault by Penetration of his 3 Children.

His name [/b]will be registered in the Sexual Offenders Register as maintained by Lagos State.

The Judge, [b]Hon. Justice Sholadoye of the Special Offences Court stated that the prosecution had 5 witnesses in person of the 3 girls who had been sexually abused, their mother and the Investigating Police Officer (IPO) from Ilupeju Police Station, Family Support Unit.

The matter was reported to Lagos DSVA after the mother noted that the children complained about pain in their private parts. They were then referred to Mirabel Centre for medical evaluation; the medical report confirmed that all girls had been sexually assaulted.

The judge stated that the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses were unshaken but stated that the defendant’s testimony did not add up because he was simply trying to distance himself from the allegations.

The court held that the children were indeed sexually assaulted by penetration and the prosecution had successfully discharged the onus of proving beyond reasonable doubt the commission of the offence.

He was then sentenced to 3 Concurrent Life Imprisonment Sentences. Justice Sholadoye also ordered that the name of the convict be entered into the Lagos State Sexual Offences Register.

We use this medium to commend the family of the survivors for staying the cause even as we reiterate State's Zero Tolerance Stance and insists that there is help for survivors.

Indeed, the wheel of justice is turning and perpetrators of these heinous crimes would be held accountable for their actions.

It is to encourage and create unprecedented level of collaboration among professionals working to end sexual and Gender Based Violence.

The reason I advised that you should contact these people is that they've got lawyers, psychological counsellors and other professionals that are needed to tackle this case. They are backed by the Lagos State Government and they know how to make the police do their work. They can also provide shelter for the woman and the child if the need arises. They are your best bet.

How does a mentally sound man sexually molest his own biological daughter, not to talk of daughters?
Men who engage in this despicable acts often fall within this categories.
1. Those from polygamous homes or not,who have sexually experimented with their cousins,sisters,half sisters.
There are families where incest runs deep in the bloodline, and constitutes generational curses and foundation, with their devastating consequences.
2.Sexually depraved men who are affixed to pornography and love to act out weird sexual fantasies propagated by PORN.
Note _ Such men abound here on NL Forum and the type of sexual threads they create, testifies to that.
It's only in humans that one would find one sleeping with his or her own biological offsprings.
Even apes and monkeys don't do that.

In cases like this, justice is indeed blind as justice is served without pride or prejudice.
