Please help, its been over 4 days I used the restroom.
I've taken Laxatives, Liquid paraffin and even Traditional herbs, Nothing at all.

I feel the urge to poo 😫 but it feels stuck at my bottom, I can't even push, it doesn't move or it is like cement.

It feels like hard stool in my bottom, but bigger than my ass.

I've drank a whole GeePee tank, eaten fruits like a bush animal.

I've been farting uncontrollably.

Never felt as miserable as this in my entire life, its making me useless and restless.

How can I resolve this? My only hope now is enema but would it work?

Is there nothing I can take that will liquidify the hard stool stuck in my anus?

I'm finally relieved, I took lots of fruits, more water and Mist Alba, It gave me a serious purge yesterday

one very quick remedy, thank me later.

drink a big cup of warm water, stand for about 3-5mins don't sit, then jump 100 times (use a skipping rope if you have one). wait for result within 40 mins.

Visit the hospital if you have the means

Eat garden eggs especially early in the morning. It works

Get persica seed (commonly called Ghana seed) chew 2 or 3 seeds with a handful of groundnut or tiger nut (aki-awusa) then drink warm water.

NB: you'll most likely spend the entire day in the toilet until your system is totally empty. At the end of the day drink a spoon of red oil to lessen the purging effect.

I experience same thing some years back then I was addicted to akara and bread.

Go to your local pharmacy and ask for 'Iba'. Check NAFDAC number then follow dosage instruction.

Eat one full sized medium paw paw, soft one. You will be fine within few hours.
