Good evening fam.

I applied to the university of Regina for a 2years diploma program and my application was confirmed to be in progress for processing on the 24th, November. The follow up email from the school was that it'll take appropriate 7weeks. And now it's over 7weeks and nothing from them. I have mailed the school twice and no reply.

Should I still be patient because it's normal or what do you think?

Greetings ,

Please I need some clarity.

Regarding the IRCC attestation letter exemption, are College Post-Graduate among the exempted Post-Graduate category

I attached the a screnshot below from IRCC website
Most college diplomas are not post graduate programs. Some of them offer admission based on high school/waec results.

What do you mean by getting results for medicals?

I did upfront Medicals, passed by Jan 12.

Hubby did his medicals after we submitted. Jan 05 was the day he did his medicals. IOM sent us an email to confirm they have submitted his medical results to IRCC.

His medicals was passed yesterday the same day we got the PPR. We did not send his medical proof to IRCC at all.

Hope this helps.
Thanks a lot, it does help. I was of the opinion someone who did upfront Medicals would be sent a page or something which I could upload by using a web-form.

Hi isioefe,
I think it will be beneficial to know your education background, program you applied for and status of work before you applied. Also how you presented your SOP could also be beneficial as understanding the context will provide a better picture to someone that is willing to help you with the SOP.
You may connect with me so we can brainstorm together.
What does your GCMS file say though?

isioefe:
Hi, guys, I was denied a visa on december for the following reasons by the Visa Officer with the reasons below :

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 111, I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

Facts about my application
1. I submitted a POF with an opening balance with balance of about 500k and a closing balance of 9.7M
2. I used Payment slip of 500k per month salary.
3. I used a gift of deed from my pops to prove home ties and my dream to come back and become a consultant to tech companies in Nigeria.
4. Sellf sponsor

Docs Submitted
Bank statement,
Gift of the deed,
Admission letter,
police certificate,
employment letter etc.

Also, I need someone very good at writing SOP, I also have received a GCMS note.

cc Zubizareta, justwise , mfonox . Thanks

From my understanding, after submitting a visa refusal for whatever reason, every refund would be sent back to the medium the payment was made minus administrative fees.
Zammy123:
Who know about conestoga refund thing?
Do they send it back to the bank you paid with if you used someone’s bank in Canada to pay?
Please anyone with the right info

That's not what I'm talking about.

I'm referring to Postgraduate program(PG), the entry requirements are bachelor's degree not waec or neco .
