This one works for me:

1. Hit the gym or have a home workout routine.
2. Join a sports club(street football, swimming, basketball etc ) such that your teammates can checkup on you if they don't find you around perhaps you've gone for another banging spree. If you have a coach it would be great.
3. If you're the religious type, you can go on occasional FASTING.
