Reachout to carpenter to help check the woodwork
Very sure the stone coated weight av affect that and you will need to lose it and reconstruct the woodwork of the particular area

if you're certain that he will deliver, pay him 100% but I can tell you for free,he can not deliver if he's working with H beam channels

Sometimes if the wood used is not properly dried ....the heat under the roof couple with the weight on the wood will cause the woods to bend as drying continues under the roof
