Samueltemi337: Hopefully, he gets his first clean sheet today and the team wins in order not to move to the drop zone. |

forgiveness:From 70th minute they can do that much more if you ask me Fatigued Osimhen isn’t threatening to opponents Like we saw against Angola He couldn’t make the run when we had only Ademola & him against one Angolan in a counter attack 4 Likes |

ChrisKels: You see and some people will be blaming the coach for not substituting players and for the ones on the bench. If players are not willing to be subbed, do we want the coach to start having individual issues with the players? make we reason this thing well o Again I commend the players for their commitment to the game, it's been a long time since I have seen such zeal from our national team players to go all the way for their country even when they are tired or injured. Great team spirit and patriotism. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Omanambala:I only fear because coach isn’t rotating his players properly and it could come hunting if we are leading and a clinical team scores in the dying minutes Momentum is a powerful force especially in times like that Osimhen should have been taken off from minutes 70 so that fresh legs would kill the game with a counter attack goal or tirelessly high pressing Osimhen didn’t look sharp and looked drained from the Cameroon game if you ask me I believe he stretched his body beyond limits against Cameroon and didn’t recover fully for te Angola game I wish the team luck It’s a tough journey to the trophy Ivory Coast, Cape Verde & South Africa won’t be easy 5 Likes |

I have not seen a Nigerian team(SE) play with so much passion and dedication in a decade like this current set at this tournament. So much fire and less fear in the lads. So far, they've not put any foot wrong in this competition. Each player called upon has executed his assignment well. I wish them success to the very end. Naija Forever! 12 Likes 1 Share |

I want to believe Finidi George has greatly done some talking to Moses Simon. Dude has greatly improved with his decision making as a winger. No unnecessary dribble. He now choose Productivity above Flamboyancy. Good job to the backroom staffs. 1 Like |

But men going forward after the AFCON it will be exciting to see the number of players joining the squad cos the depth is crazy. No Boniface, No Awoniyi, No Ndidi not to mention of fringe guys like Orban, Tella, Adams among many still to come. 3 Likes 1 Share |

jihday: Moffi for Osimhen. Osimhen was getting very tired. Onyedika for Onyeka or for Simon. Simon has work rate, yes, but I’d have liked for us to have more midfield control. All in all, we learn and we move. |

ChrisKels:TBH, this is a two way thing. In this scenario, one could say Onyeka was merely displaying his patriotic spirit. On the other hand, this could have put the team in a big problem. |

mrwilliams9:We hope this doesn’t affect us in the semis Imagine being 1 goal up and the opponent score in 85th minute because coach doesn’t bring in fresh legs early Momentum is a powerful force and it could adversely affect us The game against Cameroon was better than what we saw against Angola Our players seemed tired in the second half Not covering enough distance They need to up their game in the semis I think the semis would be very tough and draining 2 Likes |

minfelix: I still feel some players or even the coach took bribe in this tournament. I can’t explain Osaze’s failure to pass to Martins against Argentina when clear or Obasi’s disgraceful open net miss against Greece when the match was still 1-1. Abi is it Yak's refusal to pass to Martins when clear against Korea? Or aiyegbeni’s open-net miss which remains impossible for any professional to achieve. As for the werey lagerback,he sat there when Messi and no name Greek players where using Enyeama for target practice without making any adjustments. To add to matters he started the most useless defender ever to done a green shirt in a WC - Afolabi - at left back when Echiejile was available to play. That move cost us two goals against Korea in a game where we scored first only to draw 2-2... knowing fully well that a win likely puts into the next round. I nor wan talk about Kaita. 1 Like |

Nwabali just came out of nowhere and start 'balling' for us. That's kinda strange. He has become everybody's darling in that team. But then putting two and two together, Enyeama said something about going to AFCON before the tourney starts. Could it be that Enyeama did alchemy of souls and swap body with Nwabali. Just think...both even have the same head shape and usually shout at interval. Alchemy of souls? |
