I am a fan of both Asake and Omah Lay. Most times when I’m running workout sessions, I have Work of Art queued up to play on Spotify with Boy Alone following immediately after.

I don’t think Omay Lay delivers 10/10 on every track. I think Asake has a stronger claim to being the better artist right now even though I think Omah Lay has the higher ceiling with his songwriting capabilities and lyricism

Talking about drugs, violence and profiling, I had a funny encounter yesterday. Me and two of my Naija gees linked up at Warschauer Straße. If you know Warschauer, it is the basically within the party epicenter of Berlin (east of the Old Berlin Wall) and home to probably the most infamous nightclub in the world, Club Berghain. Anybody that watched the Netflix series, Fall of the house of Usher must have caught the reference where the black sheep of the family undertook to build the next Berghain for orgies and licentiousness

Me and my guys are all dark skinned, 6ft plus and hoodied up with jewellery on.

Now we were huddled in a corner discussing Naija problems, 3 muscular, tall black guys (we’re all taller than 6 feet) and this white dude and his girl come up to us like "Sprichst du Englisch oder Deutsch?"

We say, "English"

He says, "Excuse me but do you have some cocaine"

We reply, "No" and he saunters off into the night

Of course we’re black, tall and muscular with locs, ice and ear piercings so we must be dope boys

At this point, I just accept profiling as basic human nature

Berghain has been on my bucket list since I was maybe 15, but none of my current friends are on the scene, and I've switched social circles since my party monster heyday

I'm going to be at rolling loud in Austria this summer with my wife, and I may try to convince her to do an extra detour night in Berghain so we can try our luck at getting in - I'm not sure she'll agree though, given that she's the reason j switched out of those circles in the first place.

Regarding the coca question, welcome to Europe. It doesn't matter what you look like, if you're black and around the club scene at night, you would have been asked that at least once. Then again, I do kinda look like I'm holding drugs on a night out...and most times. I am...which I typically source by asking black people

I told iamoyindamola that time when the man’s butt naked video at the beach trended that the man was doing it as payback for what Tinubu and his wife did for him when he was down sick . The man was just being loyal to the people who came through for him when he was down.

Personally I don’t hold any grudge against people like him . He was very honest from the onset about his basis for Tinubu’s support . Na people wey claim to be misled by him I blame .

I know you are using the eye that Niger is big to underrate it, but Edo is big too, and it does not end in Benin, Auchi and Ekpoma.
