Congratulations Omoapena! Big up yourself.

From Ola's posts, it's obvious he didn't get most funds from bolts. You must have read his posts concerning the Indians.

Dear all,

I have found the custom papers,it was inside some boxes i am yet to unpark since i moved into my current apartment and I am making arrangements with Omoapena to ensure he gets it today or latest tomorrow.

Like I said earlier, he can hold on to my plate number till it expires. I think my business with him is officially over.

Overheating might have been occurring before handing over the car to Don.
grin Haven't you always maintained the car overheated because i serviced it and changed belt?

Oh? You're being last minute nice because the poor guy currently fixing gear is doing dragging press up as he's discovering the truth right? grin

grin grin I have no evidence boss, the car overheated and got damaged because I was stupid to give it to my mechanic to change oil using Mobil 1 and also change alternator belt which has now affected the gear of the car. So Damian is completely right with everything he said.

Okay... What do you have to say about this statement of yours as evidenced by the honorable court to be a liber and defamation of character and personal assassination?

Are you aware the following phrases conjugated and had forced Mr. Damian to question his mental health?

As quoted *This guy should be avoided like a plague because he's truly full of troubles and one hell of a greedy folk. The most greedy person i've ever seen in my entire life.*

There is no way a driver will damage a vehicle so bad in 3 weeks unless the car was already problematic.

I sincerely don't understand how they keep asking Ola to beg for forgiveness ๐Ÿ˜•

Don didn't even mention what happened between both of you but you have spilled the whole stuff out here.
I guess your supporters would have blamed Ola if he were to be the one to spill out this way.
yo! Bro don't say something you don't know ......the car I am using now my Honda civic 2008 when I gave it out on rental the person damaged the gear in just 3 days this is a car I have been using for 8 months oo and it the same car I am using now never has it given me any issues for once

Interesting. Based on this explanation, and this is just "academics", on what grounds will the owner of the car demand for the plates at the end of the HP? If the plates and every other thing are assumed to be part of the car, I as a hirer can decide to burn the papers and plates once I finish paying. Same way I can decide to burn the car or drive it inside the ocean.

Business Contracts cannot bridge or supersede Civil laws.
So normally if u sell a car, u arent suppose to sell it with the Proof of Ownership and Licence Plates as the plate number is property of the owner for life. Owner can live it for u if u have a good realtionship whether u buy the car cash and carry or via HP, but like we always say here, if u are driving a car thats not in ur name, never tell police its ur car cos its a crime. Asides that, anytime u buy or sell a car d plates should b handed over to d seller as soon as payment is complete. Then u can drive d rest of the car into the ocean or burn it grin

Obviously. Went out of his way to make it happen for himself. If he was too comfortable with Bolt, he probably wouldn't have achieved much. It's what determination can do, having your own blueprint. He doesn't need any Telegram to do it

Even if issues were there, still boils down to negligence on the part of the driver. How can one drive a newly acquired Nigerian used car and trust it without constantly checking the coolant level and things related to it? How can it even overheat to the point of burning gasket if you have your eyes where it should be while driving. Less expensive fix could have solved it if driver was careful enough.

We are talking about NIGERIAN used car ooo.
You should know what that means.
They are already talking about gear on same vehicle, does it mean the driver went to pour oil in the gear on purpose or it was the way the driver drove it that spoilt it?
