The bolded is not true.Every Igbo state is larger than Lagos state that is the smallest and most populated state in Nigeria.

But the smallest state in Nigeria, Lagos, can contain over 20 million people and still have space for forests?

The landmass of entire SE is slightly higher than Oyo state and the little land shares into 5 states.
