Yes it is enough, but is dependent on a number of factors.
1. LOGISTICS: If you and your partner reside in the same city as your in - laws then, you wouldn't have to spend a lot on that.
Transportation is expensive now, whether by air or road. If you can cut that out, great.

2. INVITES: Can you have a small ceremony with few friends, or you have to invite your High School mates, colleagues and a thousand and one well wishers?

3. DATE: If you find a way to merge both traditional and white wedding on the same day, then that would cut cost of having 2 receptions.
