in Port Harcourt last month I bought 30 bags each cost 5650 without delivery, 5800 with delivery.
But last week Saturday I bought it for 6200.

Remember the leaders are still living larger, their cost of governance has not reduced till date while the ordinary are facing the brunt of their so called policies.
