charlesemeka85:You can't blame him the pressure was too much on the defense... And error would eventually occur. Its not easy defending and depending without a little bit of break And intervention by your midfielders 1 Like |

He surely can. Iwobi playing in the formation was the unnatural sight. For Nwakali, it would have been round peg in a round role. The perfect DLP. forgiveness: 1 Like |

Oasis007: The referee allowed judo against Osimhen. It was glaring. There was nothing the players could do because the coach practically cut off the midfield from the attack. 1 Like |

TheSuperNerd: Why not bring in Onyedika when he saw the midfield was being overrun? There is nothing anyone will tell me to agree Iwibi is better opening from the deep than Onyedika. |

TheGoodJoe: I have never been a fan of Mourinho, but that man has won a lot of trophies with his "negative tactics." That he's having a tough time now, doesn't mean you should downplay his efforts. I have been a Barca fan all my life, and possession football is my forte, but calling Peseiro's tactics a fluke is like putting a dent on the efforts of those players, who worked so hard to get to the final. Some countries played good football and got eliminated. Will you call them flukes too? The South Africa that outplayed us, where are they today? 1 Like 2 Shares |

forgiveness: Bruh.......CIV deserve it more than us. Forget Ref, he wasn't really bad as we really wished. We too like to blame Ref anytime we lost in the final. Let the gentleman breathes. JPes?! He has no business coming back to Naija. He should fly directly to Lisbon from Abidjan. LOL! |

Jpes' tactical limitations naa. He has no idea how to utilise proper cerebral central midfield personnels. Onyedika is the team's only true holding midfielder who can ball play and also defend. Jpes can't use that. Nwakali is the only true DLP we have in Europe currently. Perfectly suited for this formation. Jpes again has no bloody idea how to use that one hence he always ignored him. The man is tactically inept despite taking us far with his nicely set up ultra defensive football. ChrisKels: 2 Likes |

I mentioned it. Bring in another midfielder to hold ball. If you have to keep defending all game eventually you’ll concede chances. |

lbrichman2:Pls don't mention that name here unless u want some people to come for your head. No good different kind of MF replacement to Iwobi in this tournament. Some said he will cough out blood. But na here we dey. Our DF has been drilled. Now is time to work on the MF. Nothing is wrong with the attack. If our attack was given to CIV do ya all think that it would have ended in 2?? 1 Like |
