Many Yoruba's thought it would be 'business as usual' That it was now their turn to chop and clean mouth. What they did not understand was that Buhari and his goons have emptied the account over the last 8 years. There's nothing left. Even our oil for this year has already been sold. CBN can no longer lend money to govt. Everything don scatter scatter.
That's what happens when the so called President has an attitude of 'Na Statistics we go chop' and educated people still go and vote for him.
Anyway sha, na martial music me I dey wait for grin

In summary, the IMF is asking Tinubu to increase government revenue by increasing existing taxes and introducing new ones?
Is that what you read or are you asking question? How would IMF complained about the worsen economy of nigeria and still ask Fg to increase Taxes and introduce new ones?
Re: Nigeria Facing Worsening Economic Crisis, Says IMF by theredaddy: 8:51am On Feb 12
NairalandForumo:
We warned them about Tinubu, they did not listen, for those planning any protest, please just keep your protest away from any Igbo man and the entire south east, we will not get blamed dor trying to help Nigeria again.....

Have igbos or SE ever partake in any protest that concerns all Nigerian, maybe you don't know your history, .. stop fooling yourselves

The only way SE fit shock Nigerians to is collaborate with Nigerians to fight for Nigeria .. which i doubt cos SE love Nigeria in a way only them understand

When organizations like IMF was pressurizing the Nigeria government to remove subsidy, devalue and float the Naira so they will pretend that they didn’t know back then that it will destroy the nation’s economy….? Anyway the blame goes to the clueless government that wanted to keep borrowing foreign loans from international organizations like IMF by all means instead of looking inwards….
