So I prepared this meal with the said amount.
Veggies sauce and rice.
I have rice at home ,it's a one sitting meal breakfast only.

I had to downgrade to using this culinary because the knorr I was using has added money.

Redoil(my system can't tolerate groundnut oil.
Red fresh bell peppers
Onions
Sachet of Gino max culinary
