If CBN and FAAN claim transfering some departments to Lagos was to ensure they are close to the institutions they regulate, what reason would Upstream Regulatory Commission give for moving theirs to same Lagos? They say na office space...lol. Sha, mek him kuku relocate himself since renovation of Dodan Barracks was captured in the budget. Na to build new NASS complex there remain
