With the rate of building materials price increase, it will be cheaper to buy a house than building a house, but how many can afford it? Mortgage is an option though.

You need Steel roof when you want a wide open space without pillars, it’s not optional then , my ongoing project

Last year or so, with $1000, you would only buy 100 bags of cement at #4500. But today, with the same $1000, you get more than 200 bags at #6500.

Is there something I don’t understand?

Good morning.... Please do they use marine boards to install wpc fluted panels on screeded walls? The installer said I should get marine boards so they can use to install the panels cos the walls are screeded and the panels won't stick to the walls... hamtabfawaz

Definitely plank can’t work on such space
But for someone that which to use such in an area where plank can work should think twice about the cost
