What you are saying is 💯 true...factories are not producing the required quantities in order to cause scarcity (trying to increase their production price) and now some of the dealers that have access to higher grounds pay extra cash to load cement from the factories thereby increasing their prices. But the truth is, even though the dealers sell cement at 7500, they will still make more than what they spent in getting the cements from the factory...

There is something called restock cost, any sell a business man made without factoring that cost is a bad deal.

Those traders currently are struggling to beat inflation considering the cost of other basic things that they themselves will need to buy is also increasing.
