From the look of things,I think there are humans who can reincarnate as animals because I believe those animals too have a soul in charge of their body because some of them show anxiety and some show boldness for example even rats shows anxiety and lions shows boldness and they look for their daily bread too in one way or the other but all in all,a reasonable human should avoid wickedness even if they won't help others because the consequences won't be funny.
