Adeola Diiadem, a businesswoman, made a heartfelt video on her phone to address rumors about her having an affair with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. In the emotional video, she was seen crying as she strongly denied the allegations and swore she was innocent.

"I want to talk about the rumors that have been spreading," Diiadem started, tears rolling down her cheeks. "I want to make it clear that I am not guilty. I have never had a relationship with Governor Sanwo-Olu or anyone else."

Her voice shaking, she continued, "These rumors have hurt me deeply. I have worked hard on my businesses and helping my community. It's really sad to see my name dragged through the mud with lies."

In the video, Diiadem raised her hand, taking an oath. "I swear to God, I swear on everything important to me, that these rumors are false. I would never go against my values or my honesty," she said firmly, her emotions clear.

Why should we believe you

Sometimes false allegations can be annoying but what if they are saying the obvious?

Why bother with denials, just ignore the news and it will blow over
