Goke7: You are being too fanatical and loosing all sense of rationality in an emotive roller 🎢 coaster. When I call Mbappe world class it's because he has been top of the scoring charts in the French league for the past 5 years plus that's astounding consistency in addition he does it for France in every competition. Essentially VO has had one break out season where he got the golden boot, absolutely fabulous. Does it make him world 🌎 class to me No, but Yes on the journey to getting being world class. He had two good seasons at Seria A not exceptional, he had another good season in French league and a good one in Belgium league. You said so quickly it's taken him , I would not say that. My view it's taken him almost 7 years to get to this level, throughout sheer hard work relentless determination and through injury as well. That level being highest goal scorer in Seria A last season. Football ⚽ is a marathon not just a sprint. Remaining at the top is even harder than getting there. 1 Like |

villagereporter: We could have still won that match if he made changes early and replaced all the tired or injured players.. Even with the same predictable formation, the players did their part, they just needed their coach to do his.. 2 Likes |

Danielnino00: It is generally low level league 😕 I haven't changed. However, there are some outstanding players there, very simple. Stating the facts is not bragging, Fisayo playing for league one Sheffield Wednesday refused to renew his contract and generated bids not just interest from Championship, EPL and other clubs from Europe. He settled for the money 🤑 and went to Turkey, in that poor league he is still generating interest. I wonder why 🧐 |

komekn: and 7 years to you is still a sprint? what a contradiction! At this point, it's obvious to everyone that you're confused. The more you talk about this player the more you're confirming his exceptionalism. English is just your problem. You're expecting him to be Methuselah before he can convince you he's world-class. Goke7: "Football is a marathon not a sprint". Ironically, this same guy is fond of using the phrase "football is a short term career". He isn't just confused... he must be doing weed, cus it doesn't make sense for a grown up adult with such exposure as his to use different metrics, criteria, theory and condition on different players just because he prefers the English born players... 1 Like |

Danielnino00: Dude just keeps expending his energy to downplay a player even foreign media adjudge as one of the best strikers in the world. Sometimes even when you have a dissenting opinion it's best to keep quiet and let posterity prove whether you're right or wrong but No he wants to form alpha and omega as someone who knows yesterday, today, and tomorrow, real nonsense. |

I do know, National Failure Federation we never hire A grade a coach because there is always no money but we were all here when Algeria offered humongous amount to jpajero, an oil producing nation like Nigeria. A shame on a nation. |

Bannedlargedx2:Every goalscorer is as good as his team mates. I wonder how people expect a player in a team that played 80℅ of a match in their own half to just conjure goals. A striker can only score if he has opportunity of even shooting. If a striker is denied of that he will become anonymous. Carry halland and put in burnley. Play him against Man City. I want check something. |

Kog45:Like Goke7 said if Jpes had played subs in place of the regular team and we lost, he would have been blamed to no end with people repeating the mantra that you never change a winning team. Before Afcon, he set his team up to play as many attackers as possible, he was criticized. He was forced by the situation in CIV to adopt an ultra defensive strategy, he was still criticized. The truth is that he's damned if he does and still damned if he doesn't. All I know is that I am grateful to our players for the wonderful effort. Shikena 1 Like |

Goke7:In all my years here I avoid tagging people as being hateful on the basis of their views but I've seen enough of komekn to know he's biased to the point of being hateful towards Nigerian players. His attack is usually aimed at the most successful or potentially successful among the new generation of our players. One time it was Iheanacho. Then Osimhen. If another Nigerian born player displaces VO, trust me, he will direct all his vitriol towards that player. Yet he's never so critical about foreign born players. Those ones he hypes, lauds, pampers and makes excuses for them. Your words in bold is wisdom packaged for free for people like komekn who talks cho cho cho all the time. Sometimes keep quiet and let time judge. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Mujtahida:My point here,do we need to play players out of steam to the extent they are ruled out of the season due to injuries when we have players who can do it on the bench.I’m not talking of changing the whole team but forcing two or three players to play can affect the team. JP can do better in this regard next time. |
