If you want to compare the prices, indicate the amount of oil produced by each country, and also indicate the exchange value of those countries'currencies to Naira. Don't just give us the Dollar value, those countries do not have Dollar as their currency.

While comparing these prices, are other factors like Minimum wage, exchange rate, corruption, local production, cost of food, electricity, etc, also comparable?!!

That was how one clown was trying to say £1 for a wrap of fufu in the UK was far more expensive than #100 being sold here when checking the Naira equivalent.

Did you bother to check the exchange rate of the Nigerian Naira to the CFA Franc?

Who is deceiving who here? Thought your principal asked 'na statistics we go chop?' and now, you all want to point to statistics all the time without doing proper vetting or verification and comparison before rushing to post.

These countries are doing better than Nigeria in the sense that their currency has a higher value than the Nigerian Naira and most likely they have better minimum wage than Nigeria with all the vast resources available to Nigeria.

Minimum wages

Mali $64 at at 2022
Ivory Coast is btw $170 - $220
Cameroon $180


But Nigeria is doing $20 yet ya'll have the guts to make comparison knowing well these nations dont produce what Nigeria processes in pms

1) Are they oil producing countries?
2) What is their minimum wage?

These countries are neither using dollars nor Naira. Give us the price in their local currencies. The price of pms is still expensive in Nigeria than these countries. I can only accept that pms is cheaper in Nigeria than Ghana, when in Nigeria it's N668 and in Ghana it's C700.

Nope.. Nigeria pays some of the lowest wages in the world, even in Africa.

See the Statista chart for minimum wage below.. Nigeria pays N30k which is just $20 USD/month. Even that 30k isn't being paid by most state governments... Ghana, Togo etc are all earning higher than Nigeria. It's a miracle how Nigerians are coping.

These politcicians are eveil and demonic. they are trying to justify the hardship you are experiencing . They want you to be content with earning 50K a monmth but buying fuel at N2k per liter. Have they ever shown you stats comparing wages in Nigeria with that in other African countries? or purchasing power? these guys are their supporters are demons who must be dealt with
