My POCO X3 Pro suddenly froze today after 3 years. I decided to reboot the device and it got stuck at the "POCO Logo" soon as I turned it back on.

I switched off the device and decided to wipe/erase the data but the "Volume Up + Power" buttons combination isn't working.

How do I factory reset this device or what steps should I take?

Search for control centre in the settings and see what options comes up.

This your drop down shade is MIUI 11 levels.

Even we that haven't seen HyperOS don't have this kind.

Which device did you use before the Redmi 12?
help me genius 43! What step can I take to stop my redmi to stop hanging?
N.b I have deleted some apps
Deleted all movies
Old messages & update is current.

Are you not sure your R12 inherited your RN9 settings.

When you search for Control Centre what do you see?

What device in particular. Just backup and reset your device. After resetting. Download and reinstall your ROM before installing your apps

Yes, POCO X3 Pro. Doesn't switch on anymore. But whenever I connect to a PC, it makes a sound showing connection was established but it doesn't pop up on the system.

Sadly to announce,
You device don reach end of life
But if you are in Lagos try igemburg, but chances are slim,
It's a known issue with poco x3 pro, sadly extended warranty doesn't apply here in Nigeria
Indians still claim warranty till this year

Oh okay. But is this likely to happen to my other POCO X3 Pro? Because I got the second POCO X3 Pro 5 months after the first one since this is a known issue with POCO.

Yes 100% but if you can switch ROMs,
You are likely to be saved,

I noticed poco x3 pro on EU ROMs don't likely go through this issue.

But poco x3 pro is prone to deadbooth.

Lemme explain what happened real quick, so, my RN10P fell down today and after I picked it up, screen went black, I pressed the power button and didn't come up but later did after several trials. I tested the camera, make calls and everything worked fine I even rebooted and it was working fine. But after an hour I noticed the phone went blank again, this time it's not coming on. Only thing I noticed was calls are coming in and I can pick those calls by just wiping the screen up as I normally do pick my calls on a norms as if the screen was on.

I need an engineer to check for me if it's the screen or something else. I'm in Ibadan tho.

Thanks in advance

Hi guys
I just got a fairly used Redmi note 12 4G global "Tapaz". But, I noticed the following;
Play store is saying my phone is not certified and I cant seem to find workarounds to unlock the bootloader, it keeps saying visit xiaomi community to request for Mi unlock.
I will be glad if anyone can help me

Mod: Running on HyperOS v1.0.4..

Bring let's me. Flash the stock. Firmware

Don't know much about Redmi phones, but from what I learnt, Redmi A phones run on Android GoogleGo and this have some kind of limitations.

So it would be better to go for Redmi 13c
