I disagree. I know that your position is the default in most organizations but this is an online discussion platform and the conversation that this transparency generates will help a lot of people get better at leadership, management and interpersonal relationship. Thank you for this Seun and I hope when things are settled Mukina would share her side too with all openness. It's clear that the door is not closed if still needed when the storm clears.

I insisted that she must choose between resigning and following this particular instruction. She eventually chose to resign, saying "let's go our separate ways". We will miss her a lot.
