Taye Academy owner denied Amuneke on Chidi Nwakali transfer

From the article, Chidi left Taye for Amunike’s academy before the tournament, so Amunike was right to have fought to secure the entitlement for his academy where Chidi was picked for the WC, but since Taye also trained Chidi before Chidi join Amunike’s Acada, Taye also deserves a good share of that entitlement.

Sir Chris, just a reference to your point on Amuneke stake in Taye Academy.

In the article, the owner said Chidi Nwakali was threatened by Amuneke to leaved his academy or he dropped him and hailed Iheanacho for rejecting Amuneke request.

Don't mind them.

Ask them where were their voices when these coaches were owed over a year. Some of them were using their personal money to support these boys. These boys went to the tournament without proper support. They did not have winter coats.

As long as the players are grateful, that is what matters.

Are you contractually obligated to a thank you gift? Do you give gifts by percentage of a total sum? Baba I like Amuneke but this isn't about him. How you people do not see how this can potentially harm our sport is what I don't get.

Can't you see it is possible for a coach to quietly agree with a player on a percentage before he's included to the national team and after he becomes successful, said player and agents et al gives coach 5% as appreciation gift? How do you guys not see that this is ethically wrong and that there's conflict?

It is not ethically wrong because it is a development fee and the coach played a huge role in the development.

How can nurturing the best player of a tournament that resulted in the transfer of the player to a club like arsenal be ethically wrong when the selling academy gave development fee to the coaches?

Explain the scenario that will harm our football, so we can see. Give an analogy.

Kog45 and co. do not care. They care more that an academy gave the coaching crew 5% development fee for their efforts in the players success. It so ethically wrong and destroying our football.

Story. If Kelechi Iheanacho could remember the Taye coach and get his name included in sharing the development fee, Chidi Nwakali could do the same.

They should leave Amunike out of their problem with Chidi.

Pls don’t deviate from subject matter…..in fact those that did not supplied the winter coats shared from Amuneke cut,so let’s continue with the main issue.

Which kind of meander is this?

There is no deviation.

You guys have hammered that he was paid to do a job.

Sorry, Amunike was owed all through. It was an appalling condition he worked under.

So the academy given him a share of the development deal was an appreciation of his sacrifice.

By the way, kits are not supplied by coaches and the suppliers do not share in development fee.

I explained development fee. Then the talk is he was paid to do a job. Now note that he was working in an absurd condition.

Yet he worked hard and delivered.

The academy gave the coaches the development fee for their role to success.

So are you satisfied?

Also Chriskel said Amuneke got his cut from Taye Academy and I brought it out how Taye Academy owner denied Amuneke by citing how Chidi Nwakali left his academy and how Iheanacho refused Amuneke advancement.

You are jumping around now. Are you satisfied? The transfer fee was paid to the academies. That is why they are not getting development fee and they gave it to the national team coaches for their work and sacrifices.

So tell us what your problem is.

That is no criteria. The academy said they gave it to Amunike or did all national team coaches work with the same player?

The academy said they gave the development fee to the national team coaches.

We are debating the article you posted. Now you want me to name National team coaches. Did I see details of the contracts of the players they coached?

Stop deviating.

That's nonsensical.

Before it was made illegal we had TPI and FIFA had stringent requirements you cannot pay any fee to a coach that is employed by a club.

As a football player in a Club you will have literally 10/20 coaches that will input in the development of that player. So each of them will be claiming they developed you 😔 Chei see local reasoning.

No club can legally pay a coach and no cischcan legally demand a development fee.

However the legal entity Agent and or local academy can decide to distribute thr money according to their own non sanctioned FIFA agreement once the money has been paid.

If you like believe this balderdash.

Then on this basis, it can be deduced that a formal agreement may have been reached b4 d world cup, that if it turns out good for him d money will go round and fortunately luck smiles on him as he shown majestically beyond doubt.

Perhaps he reached his peak period at the cadet mundial.

Seriously some pictures are getting clearer about Kelechi Nwakali, which is story for another day.

Oga compensation fees are paid even more in Europe than in Africa and South America. It is even here in Africa that the trainers are denied their rights.
is compensation fee paid to the grassroot club/academy the player in question played for or to the coach that coached him during his formative years at the same club?

The excuse was that Amuneke deserved to be paid the amount he got which I am against because his only input in the career of Nwakali was coaching him in that year’s u17 team

From what I heard, Kelechi Nwakali trained with Iheanacho and Chidiebere in the U17 team that won in UAE. Even though he was not part of the squad.

Amunike played a huge role in that and likely was coaching him there.

The people that sold the player said the Nigerian coaching crew deserve a share of the transfer fee and gave them the development fee.

So why do you people want to cry about it?

he was a member of the then u17 coaching crew and fully employed by the nff so he doesn’t hv any right to earn certain amount of money in players transfer

As them give am percentage from the transfer fee na em be say the head coach then Manu Garba also deserves some too

Concerning that your last paragraph, it is highly possible and such, if it happens should be condemned. However, there is still something unclear about this whole issue. Did Amunike demanded for his own percentage or it was Nwakali's party that freely gave him?

I asked Elder Kog45 twice but he stylishly dodged the question.
